Delivery times given are approximate and all items are posted via Royal Mail or Courier. Your goods will be delivered to the address specified on your order, please ensure this is correct as we cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage of goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.


COVID-19 * Please note that at this time deliveries may take slightly longer to reach you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control once the items have been dispatched from us. We will endeavour to ensure your items arrive within a reasonable time scale in line with our estimations, but please be patient if your order is taking longer than expected.

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.


Where possible we will re-use packaging from our suppliers, but rest assured the goods inside will be checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch and we will not use damaged boxes. 

Please note that orders placed after 2pm weekdays will be processed the following day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on Monday.

Bespoke/Personalised/Concession Items

Bespoke/Concession items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of these items. 

When ordering personalised or bespoke items please double check any personalisation requests carefully before processing the order.

Bespoke items are made to order and therefore estimated delivery dates will be provided via email once the order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery dates with such items due to working with third parties to complete them. We will however always endeavour to inform you of estimated delivery dates and any delays will be reported to you asap. 

As with all handmade and bespoke items, slight variations of colour or finish may occur from screen to product, within a reasonable tolerance. We will always describe products to the best of our ability and photographs uploaded are to offer the best possible representation of the product. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers come with a unique voucher code to enter at checkout. Vouchers are redeemable against any full price item on the website* but must be used in a single transaction. Delivery rates are chargeable separately, the cost of which will be calculated at checkout based on item(s) weight. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. *Sterling silver charm bracelets are excluded from gift voucher redemption due to belonging to a third party.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers or used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Cannot be exchanged, or replaced if lost or damaged. No change will be given. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. 

We regret that from the 20th December 2020 we will no longer be able to accept vouchers purchased at Winstonberry in Gainford. Our business has very much changed and we will no longer be using the same operating system. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


Exchange / Return

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Winstonberry, if however you are not, items must be returned to us in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price including postage. Return postage costs are to be met by you unless the item you received was damaged.

Items that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and email a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours, we will not be held liable for damages reported after this time. Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.

To arrange an exchange or return please email us at and we can discuss your returns prior to you sending it back.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.

We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards.

We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website. All sizes are approximate and colours represented to the best of our ability, please be aware of changes from screen to screen.
